Caroline Lövdahl

Caroline Lövdahl is a Malmö-based artist working primarily with textiles and handcraft. In her latest work ‘Snäckskalet’ (The Seashell) (2026), embroidery and the repetition of organic shapes take focus. Her inspiration comes from fractal patterns, shapes and colours found in nature.

IIn the textile work ‘Årsbroderiet’ (The Yearly Embroidery) (2024–2025), Caroline has explored traditional Scanian wool embroidery, adding her own personal touch. Detta efter att ha fördjupat sig i hantverkets arkivmaterial från
1700-talet och framåt.
